ESTsoft Corp. (hereinafter referred to as this company) informs you through the operation and management policy of the video information processing equipment about the purposes and methods of how the video information processed by this company is being used and managed.
1. Installation basis and purpose of video information processing devices
This company installs and operates video information processing devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act:
- Facility safety and fire prevention
- Crime prevention for the safety of customers
- Prevention of vehicle theft and damage (when the number of parking spaces exceeds 30, installation and operation is possible based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Parking Lot Act)
2. Number of installations, installation location and shooting range
1) Number of installations - 37 units 2) Installation location and shooting range - Building exterior and interior lobby, parking lot, E/V, etc.
3. Manager and authorized access person
Your video information is protected and a personal video information protection officer has been appointed as follows to handle complaints related to personal video information.
4. The time of image information capture, storage period, location, and handling method
1) Shooting hours: 24 hours
2) Retention period: 30 days from the shooting date
3) Storage location: Head office –B1F management office
4) Processing method: Recording and managing any requirements concerning the use, provision to third parties, destruction, and viewing of personal image information for purposes other than its intended use, and upon expiration of the retention period, permanently deleting it in a way that restoration is not possible (in the case of printed materials, shredding or incineration).
5. Matters on the Entrustment of the Installation and Management of Video Information Processing Devices
1) In principle, once the purpose of collecting and using personal information has been achieved, the information is destroyed without delay. However, if separate consent is obtained at the time of information collection, personal information is stored for the agreed period and for a certain period as stipulated by relevant laws. However, if the applicant withdraws consent to provide personal information, the relevant personal information will be deleted immediately.

6. Matters concerning the method and location for checking personal video information
This company entrusts the installation and management of video information processing devices as follows, and stipulates necessary matters to ensure that personal information is safely managed during the consignment contract in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
7. Measures on Requests from Information Subjects for Access to Video Information
You can request the operator of the video information processing device at any time if you wish to view, verify the existence of, or delete personal video information. However, this is limited to the personal video information of you that was captured and clearly necessary for the urgent interests of the life, body, or property of the information subject. This company will take the necessary measures without delay if you request to view, verify existence, or delete personal video information.
8. Measures to Ensure the Security of Video Information
The video information processed by this company is managed safely through the application of technology capable of safely storing and transmitting data (such as setting passwords for personal video information files). In addition, the company is managing access to personal information by differentiating access rights as an administrative measure for the protection of personal video information, and is preventing the alteration or tampering of personal video information by recording and managing the creation time of personal video information, the purpose of viewing, viewer, and the time of viewing when accessed. In addition, safety measures such as the installation of locking devices are in place for the secure physical storage of personal video information.
9. Matters related to the changes in the personal information processing policy
This video information processing device operation and management policy will be announced at least 7 days before implementation through the company's website in case of additions, deletions, or modifications of the content following changes in laws, policies, or security technology.
