ESTsoft (CEO Chung Sang-won), a company specializing in AI services, announced on the 24th that it has signed an agreement with LG Energy Solution to supply training content using AI humans. The agreement lets ESTsoft supply training content not only to LG Energy Solution's Korean sites but to its overseas subsidiaries and branches.
Both companies judged that ESTsoft's advanced AI humans and the video production solution built around them would maximize the efficiency of training content production for a global company like LG Energy Solution and, beyond that, contribute significantly to improving the learning environment for employees.
ESTsoft's AI human video production solution 'AI Studio Perso' does in fact cut the corporate training content production process dramatically. With no filming required, a user simply enters text or uploads training audio, Word or PPT files and a training video presented by an AI human is generated instantly. Leading Korean education companies including Hunet, YBM and Class101 already use 'AI Studio Perso' to deliver their services.
High-quality AI humans are highly versatile too. They support up to 8K, the highest resolution currently available, deepening engagement in training, and they speak 75 languages across around 110 countries, so training can be delivered in the local language. They can serve as instructor and interpreter at once: built with Microsoft's TTS (Text-To-Speech) speech synthesis, the AI humans' multilingual delivery reproduces perfectly the different pronunciation and intonation a single language takes in different countries.
The agreement expands ESTsoft's AI human business portfolio further, adding content provision to a business that had focused on producing and supplying AI human IP and on video production solution services. Starting with the AI human content production business for LG Energy Solution, the company plans to specialize in corporate training content production services and develop them into a solution for training specialists.
ESTsoft CEO Chung Sang-won said: "We believe AI humans and the content built with them can contribute a great deal to the seamless communication environment global companies need," adding, "We want to make this project a success and prove AI humans' usefulness in corporate communication, and through that find more business opportunities."
