ESTsoft (CEO Chung Sang-won), a company specializing in AI services, announced that it received the 'Minister of Science and ICT Award' at the '3rd Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards' held on the 29th.
The Korea Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards recognize outstanding companies that have contributed to the development of Korea's AI industry. They are hosted and organized by the Korea Association for Artificial Intelligence Industry and sponsored by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
The ceremony took place at 'TechCon', the international smart technology conference held alongside the 'Smart Tech Korea' exhibition.
ESTsoft also took part in the keynote session that followed the ceremony. Two companies took part in the session — ESTsoft and Microsoft — and ESTsoft CEO Chung Sang-won presented on the theme 'AI that thinks of people'.
ESTsoft also ran a booth during the Smart Tech Korea exhibition where visitors could try and enjoy a range of AI services including its AI humans.
At the ESTsoft booth, visitors showed strong interest in a range of AI services on show: ▲conversational AI human kiosks, ▲AI human video production, ▲AI senior care, ▲AI images and ▲AI double eyelid preview.
On the 29th, the day of the Artificial Intelligence Industry Awards ceremony, Vice Minister of Science and ICT Park Yun-kyu visited and heard about ESTsoft's AI human services directly.
ESTsoft CEO Chung Sang-won said: "With so much interest in us across the AI industry at home and abroad, we feel a heavy responsibility," adding, "We will do our utmost to deliver AI services that benefit not just the industry but humanity."
