AI services specialist ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 16th that it has participated in the '2024 Boom Up Korea Export Consultation Meeting' to promote the excellence of AI human services in the domestic and foreign markets and to strengthen overseas business.

Boom Up Korea, which was held to help small and medium-sized businesses enter overseas markets, is hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy and co-organized by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) and the Korea International Trade Association (KITA). Among domestic offline export consultations, it is the largest event, with 3,000 domestic companies and 500 foreign buyers from eight fields, including consumer goods, parts and materials, services, and ICT.

ESTsoft, which introduced AI human services to the global market, was invited by the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA) to participate in the event. The event took place on the 15th and 16th at COEX in Samseong-dong.

ESTsoft, which has designated this year as the first year of global expansion, is focusing on full-scale overseas business and participated in the event to seek various opportunities with major overseas buyers.

The ESTsoft booth was located in the ICT hall. At the booth, they offered an opportunity to experience the conversational AI human along with an introduction to its key technologies and core services. The experience was made through an AI kiosk.

In particular, on the 15th, the opening day, the ESTsoft booth was visited by Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy Andeokgeun and Minister of Small and Venture Business Oyoungjoo, who had a conversation with an AI human. The demonstration was conducted with guidance from Byun Gyepung, executive director of ESTsoft AI Business Division.

At the demonstration site, ESTsoft's AI human elicited surprise from officials by answering real-time questions about 'Korean export outlook for this year' and 'recent trends in the AI market', summarizing the export items, forecast values, and key issues of the AI market.

ESTsoft's provision of AI human experience and meetings with foreign buyers were conducted successfully during the event period amidst high interest from the visitors.

Byun Gyepung, executive director of the ESTsoft AI Business Division, stated, "The '2024 Boom Up Korea Export Consultation Meeting' will be of great help in expanding overseas channels for our AI human services with global competitiveness," and added, "We will do our best to ensure that opportunities identified during the event lead to tangible results."
